Gift certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store, except that they automatically come with free shipping! We send all gift certificates electronically as an attractive image file with your personalized message. Please be aware that we do not mail hard copies of gift certificates. Once you purchase a gift certificate, the order is reviewed and approved by one of our Customer Care team members. This is done for your protection and security, and may create a small delay between the time you purchase the certificate and the time it is sent.

Gift certificates can be redeemed by entering the code in the "COUPON OR GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE" box at checkout. The amount of the gift certificate will automatically be applied to your purchase. Any unused balance will be visible on your 'My Account Page,' and will be applied to your next order. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Returns on items purchased with a gift certificate will be issued as store credit.
